Not sure if that&#039;s just the home cooks version, or if the fine restaurants follow that rule, too.  Do let me know some of your favorite recipes.    &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#039;ve never eaten better than I did in New Orleans.  But it wasn&#039;t the meal that I thought.  The best was a fish stand far away from the the french quarter where I got a freshly battered fish sandwich.  I really need to go back.&lt;/p&gt;
