		<description>&lt;p&gt;Everything sounds delicious, and now I&#039;m totally famished. But most delicious of all had to be watching the kitchen crew clean up. What a lovely moment, getting a peek into this world that intrigues foodies everywhere so much.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Also reminds me of a wonderful line from Cole Porter&#039;s &quot;These Foolish Things [Remind Me of You]&quot;: The waiters whistling as the last bar closes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can just picture some darkened bistro, the chairs turned upside down on the tables and the staff heading out into the night.&lt;/p&gt;
