Our first-ever print article is published in The Washington Post today! It's about what to do with all those leftover herbs in the fridge. If you can get your hands on a print copy, it looks quite good on the page, too. Enjoy!

Congratulations! Can the Pulitzer be far behind?????
Great article guys. Congrats!
Great article! Really enjoyed! Keep up the great work.
I read your article. Very useful for me because I am always throwing out half used bags of herbs and feeling guilty. Thanks for sharing the ideas. I had already started to save my cilantro in a glass of water and it has lasted me slightly more than 2 weeks. I had no idea what to do with basil. So I made pesto suace and froze them instead. So far the only herbs that I have used are cillantro and basil and sometimes parseley. Now I think I should have less fear about buying other herbs and experimenting with them without worrying about wasting them.
Bravo, gentlemen! Wonderful article which I will pass onto the chef in my family. Continued buona fortuna!
