Herbs

Washpost

Our first-ever print article is published in The Washington Post today!  It's about what to do with all those leftover herbs in the fridge. If you can get your hands on a print copy, it looks quite good on the page, too. Enjoy!

I read your article. Very useful for me because I am always throwing out half used bags of herbs and feeling guilty. Thanks for sharing the ideas. I had already started to save my cilantro in a glass of water and it has lasted me slightly more than 2 weeks. I had no idea what to do with basil. So I made pesto suace and froze them instead. So far the only herbs that I have used are cillantro and basil and sometimes parseley. Now I think I should have less fear about buying other herbs and experimenting with them without worrying about wasting them. :)
